I am the Student Apartments Director at the University of Southern Colorado. I am in charge of the management of the general real estate financial conditions, facility upkeep, student activities, resident peer mentor/advisor and general student living arrangement and mediation management. In others words I am very very harried. I am also Property Manager of approximately 434 apartment home units and 3 communities for a Fortune 500 Company in Colorado.

I have two cats. One is a fat cat and the other is Satan's cat, we just got stuck with her. The wild thing, is of a species not yet identified or determined! I also have a full blooded registered Akita.

After graduation I worked at some Auto body shops in San Angelo until 1985. I changed my last name from Felihkatubbee to Nichols which is my step-dad's name (long story). I enlisted in the Army and was sent to Germany where I met my wife, Patricia Ward (from Boone NC), and was married Nov 14, 1987. After my two year enlistment ended I remained in Germany another two years and directed the Aschaffenburg Christian Servicemen's Center. Then in 1989 I moved to Cleveland, TN and attended Lee University for my BS degree(graduated 92)and then attended the Church of God Theological Seminary for my M.DIV degree(graduated 1995). Then in 1996 went back into military as an Army Chaplain and served three years at Fort Hood, Texas and then was assigned to Korea (1999) for two years and I'm now (2001) on my way to Fort Bragg, NC as chaplain. I have four energetic sons ages 12, 9, 2, and 5 months and I am enjoying life as an Army chaplain and the opportunity it gives me to see the world. My assignment in Seoul Korea has been a great experience and we also were fortunate enough to visit China last year (Xian and Beijing). I have 4 sons. Well, enough said. I wish everyone the best. Blessings!

Hey Class of '81. It has been a wild, fast and furious last twenty years (has it been twenty years??!!?) I have done many things since graduation...managing offices, private investigation, contract specialist...typically anything so stressful that no one else wanted to do it. But I have just now realized a set path for my life to follow...I just got married last year to the man of my dreams and we just had a beautiful baby girl. My family is my universe. I have a really cool job in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas, and after twenty years of thinking about it, have decided to go back to college and finish the bio-chemistry degree that I started so long ago. I still like a good rock concert (saw AC/DC last year). Still visit a friend of mine in San Angelo at the Rio Concho Manor at least twice a year...she is 93. Would love to hear from you.
